Listing comes from materials posted to Jerry Garcia's Middle Finger: "JGMS September 1-2, 1973 Keystone, Berkeley." In the past we have also listed an "uknown venue" performance with "Finders Keepers" and "Georgia On My Mind" for this date. That listing derives from information in the Merl Saunder's Keepers album. The material is the same as what circulates dated July 8, 1973. We believe that 9/2 may have been a broadcast date, but that July 8th was the date of the actual performance. That said, the Keystone calendar does indicate that there was a JGMS gig at Keystone on this date. |
